How much does it cost to ship my order?
Standard Ground Shipping Rates (based on order total):
$7.95 for orders of $1.00 - $75.00.
$9.95 for orders of $75.01 - $149.00.
FREE for orders of $149.01 and Up.

How soon can I receive my order?
Orders are assembled quickly and we pride ourselves on shipping out most items
within 1-2 business days - even personalized items! This timeline does not include the
actual shipping days to your location.
Chocolate Shipping Rate: $29.95
All orders will ship 1 or 2 day service to prevent the chocolate from melting. This fee
does not include the ice cooler & ice packs to be purchased separately from your item.

What carriers do you use for shipping?
ABCFavors.com ships primarily via UPS and U.S. Postal Service Priority Service.
Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes we do! We are very proud of our military families and consider it an honor to bring a
little bit of home to families stationed overseas. We suggest that you order well in
advance of your needed date because once we deliver to the military mail system we do
not have a way to guarantee the delivery time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Delivery charges will be calculated and charged at the time of shipping.
We will not know how much your shipping cost will be until we ship since it is calculated
on size of box, destination, weight of box, method of shipping (Ground vs. Overnight),
etc. We will send your package via the fastest transit time or the lowest cost if time is
not an issue. The method of shipping will be the least expensive for you (Ground
vs. Overnight) unless you require a rush order and request upgraded shipping. In some
cases Seeds, Plants and Edible Favors cannot be sold outside of the USA due to customs
restrictions.
Please note: duties and taxes incurred in shipping internationally will not be charged to
your order by ABCFavors.com. These expenses are your responsibility once the package
arrives in your country.
How do you get the chocolate and perishable favors to me without melting?
We pack our chocolate orders with extra packaging/ice packs. To ensure high quality we
only ship chocolate orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. If shipped on
Thursday or Friday, there is a risk that the box will sit in a hot shipping center waiting
to be transported over the weekend. For chocolate, please give us a desired delivery
date. We will ship your order to arrive on the date specified. Somone should be available
to receive the package and keep it in a climate controlled area.
How do you ship chocolate during the warmer months?
May 1 - September 30: You must choose the Chocolate Shipping option in checkout
for chocolate orders. This charge does not include your ice packs and cooler box. You
will need to add this to your cart separately from the shipping.
Is a Rush Fee different than a Shipping Fee?
Yes, "Rush Fees" are different than "Shipping Fees".
Rush Fees - Speed the "production/processing time" within our warehouses. Your
order will ship out from the warehouses faster than the posted production time on the
product page. Each item on our site has a production, or processing, time. Some
will ship out of the warehouse within 3 - 5 business days, most items ship out within 1
business day. Please refer to the product's page for shipping times.
Shipping Fees - Is the actual cost for the carrier to deliver your order to your door. We
have a flat rate shipping, which will be Ground shipping. If you need your items faster,
then you may need to upgrade your shipping as well. Call us at 1-866-290-3615
