2 Weeks before the baby shower:
___Make your final guest count
___Confirm reservations if the baby shower is at a restaurant
___Place orders for food if needed
___Order any suppliestah you may need-such as chairs, tables, dishes, utensils, etc…
___Begin to clean and prepare your house
___Buy and wrap your gift for the mom-to-be
___Buy film for your camera
The week of the party:
___Begin decorating
___Review the games/activities
___Gift wrap game prizes
___Pick up the shower cake
___Purchase drinks and ice
___Make street signs if neccessary
___Set up tables, chairs, buffet table, etc.
The Big Day!
___Finalize your plan on how you will run the party
___Pick up the balloons for the party
___Finish any last minute decorating
___Set out party favors on tables or on a separate table
___Set out beverages, ice, glasses, etc
___Keep a gift registry nearby to write down the gifts received.
___Set up the food on the buffet table
___Greet guests at the door with a smile :-)
