AbcFavors has created this special and inexpensive baby shower seed favor with many choices. Each order is custom-made and created with care. These favors are easy on Mother Earth and just as easy to order!
1. Select your design. View the many baby shower designs in the chart below. You can click on each image, which will bring up another window with a larger view of the design. Each image shows the front and the back of the folded seed favor. Ribbons are not shown in this view, but each favor will have a satin bow. To make your choice, think of the theme of your baby shower when browsing the designs. If you need another opinion, ask a friend or call us to bounce ideas around. If you cannot find the design you are looking for, please call us. We have thousands of designs and cannot list them all here. We can make up new designs free of charge - just ask us!
2. Ribbon Color. At the top/front of each folded seed favor, our "favor gals" will expertly tie a pretty bow in the satin ribbon color of your choice. Colors offered are white, light yellow, light pink, light blue, lavender, light green, red, black, and navy. We suggest that you coordinate your ribbon color with your chosen design. It can be difficult making decisions without seeing the item right in front of you. If we feel that the color combination really "doesn't work", then we will contact you to double check. This happens on occasion.
3. Seed Packet Choice. Our offering of seeds are Baby Blue Eyes, Baby's Breath, Red Poppy, Sensation Pink Cosmos, and Painted Daisy. The seed packet is adhered inside of the folded personalized card. Each packet has a gorgeous picture of the flower on the front. Here is a brief desription of each, which may help make your decision easier.
Baby's Breath: This annual version has larger single flowers than the type you'd find in a florists bouquet. Known as one of the quickest flowers to bloom, you'll find it flowering only 3-4 weeks after it has sprouted. Gypsophila elegans.
Painted Daisy: One of the top favorites among gardeners, this perennial adds happiness to any garden with its cheerful multi-color blooms.
Baby Blue Eye's: Beautiful blue flowering plant. Annual. Great for rock gardens. Perfect for the "baby boy shower".
Sensation Cosmos: Pretty pink, red, and white blooms for those of you expecting a baby girl. Will tolerate most soils, but prefers hot, dry places in full sun. Blooms begin in the summer and last through fall.
Red Poppy: Gorgeous variety of red blooms. Perfect for using in cut-flower arrangements. Prefers full sun, but will tolerate some shade. Blooms in spring through the end of summer.
4. Personalize your favors: We'll personalize up to two lines of text, whether it is the mom's name and shower date, such as "Nancy's Baby Shower, September 3, 2013", or possibly you want to write the baby's "bloom" date, due date, such as:

Note: We'll print for any occasion or event on these seed packets, so it is not only for baby showers, but can be used for birthdays and more. Professionally printed, the end result is a clear and smudge-proof favor that is personal to your event. Display your seed favors in mini baskets, small flowerpots, inside a favor baggie or group them in a basket by the door with a sign that says "take one".
