What is the Item Production Time?
Production time can range anywhere from one day to two weeks, depending on the item. We take our time to ensure you receive high quality favors, that are made with great care. We strive to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your favors!

Are There Rush Fees? 
You will notice that some manufactures will require a rush fee if you want the items shipped to you quickly. The fees to rush an order are set by the suppliers. These costs can range from $10 to $50, depending on the item and if it is personalized. This fee does not include a faster shipping method. That would be a separate upgrade. The best way to avoid rush fees and upgraded shipping costs is to order in plenty of time. You need to account for the production time as well as the days in transit to your ship-to location, which can be anywhere from one to six days. If you have questions regarding rush fees, please contact our office.
 
Will I Get A Proof Of The Order?
No, we do not offer proofs at this time as a standard. It holds up production time by weeks. If you absolutely need a proof made for you, a flat fee of $20 will be applied to your order and an additional week is added to the production time. This is due to having to re-create the image in another program. If you need a proof, please contact us and allow plenty of time before you need your items delivered.
 
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. The majority of our items are personalized, so we need the payment up-front since the items are made-to-order with your names, dates, etc..
 

Can I Place My Order Over the Telephone? 
Sure, you can call us toll free at 877-95 FAVORS (877-953-2867). We are available to take your order by phone Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30 pm ET.

Does ABCFavors Ship Internationally?
We have halted our International shipping through our shopping cart online at this time. If you would like your order shipped Internationally, please email us before placing an order. We will needat least one month before your party . NO RUSH ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Email us with shipping destination, item you would like and the quantity.

Can I Add to a Previous Order? 
We understand that sometimes you find out that more guests are coming than expected. Most of our items will not need to follow the minimum order rule on re-orders.

Can I Return Items? 
You may return any item that is not opened and in original condition within 15 days of receipt. Personalized, custom, and perishable items cannot be returned. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns. If you need to return any item, please contact us for a RA Number. 

How Do I Upgrade My Shipping? 
Our standard shipping is Ground.  Please call us at 1-877-953-2867 if you would like to upgrade your shipping to Next Day Air, 2 day Air, or 3 Day Air.  We will need the shipping address, the item you want to order and the quantity of that item.  Once we can weigh your order, we can give you the cost of upgraded shipping. If you select "chocolate shipping" in checkout, that may not cover your upgraded ship costs and will delay the order.

How Do I Order Without a Credit Card? 
You can send in a check or money order.  Please be advised that your order will not process until your check
is received and cleared. So, give yourself extra time when ordering.  Email your order (or call it in) to us and include this: 
                            Your Name and Contact Information
                            Item and Quantity
                            Any Personalization
                            Any Additional Options (color, scent, etc.)
                            Shipping Address

Why Does My Receipt Say National Events Group, Ltd? 
National Events Group, Ltd is the parent company of ABCFavors.com. So, that is the name on your receipt and will show on your credit card statement. Your credit card is charged at the time we receive the order. If you return or cancel an order, we will issue a credit to your card.

What Happens to the Information that I Submit?
National Events Group, Ltd will not sell or distribute your information (name, email address, street address, zip code, etc..) to any person or company. We only use the submitted information for your order. If you signed up for our newsletter, we will only use your email to update you on happenings at our website.

Is Shopping ABCFavors Secure?
Shopping at ABCFavors is completely safe and secure. Our secure server software encrypts your information ensuring that your transaction is confidential and your identity is protected.

Does ABCFavors Charge Sales Tax?
           Only residents of Ohio will be charged sales tax.
